SUBSCRIPTION FEES FOR FREELANCERS

All Freelancers wishing to become a member of TV Teams, can register simply online.

All Offers and Discounts that are featured on the TV Teams website, are subject to a limited time scale. TV Teams reserve the right to discontinue or change at anytime, at their sole discretion, with or without notice.

PRODUCTION COMPANIES

There is no charge for registering on the TV Teams site as a Production Company member.

As soon as you’ve registered, you are free to use the site as often as required, searching for online freelancers database or using the Jobs Board to advertise all current job vacancies.

RUNNERS/ STUDENTS

Because we know just how difficult it is starting out in the TV Industry, and just how terrible the money is at the beginning. We are offering all ‘Runners’ who register on the site a 30% discount, plus the above 10% if you recommend your friends (as outlined above).

To be eligible for this discount you must make sure when you click on Register Now and complete your details on the New Freelancer Registration page – you put your Position down as ‘Runner’. This will then automatically entitle you to the discounted rate.

Please note that if you are not a Runner but click on ‘Runner to get the discounted rate, you will only appear on searches for ‘Runner’ and not your true job title!

PAYMENT ONLINE

TV Teams has all rates of payment outlined on the website, go to ‘rates and payment procedure’. You can register with TV Teams for a 12 month subscription period for a fixed fee of £60 (this figure maybe reduced if there are Special Offers running on the site). This is a one off fee and no other fees will be taken from you at any time whilst registered with TV Teams.

The subscription fee maybe reduced depending on the different Membership offers we have running. We will always inform all our members of Special Offers featured on the website. The subscription fee may also be increased. If so, we will also inform our members 4 weeks prior to any changes in the fees.

For all those members who are joining for the first time, you will be asked to complete a registration form and then directed to a third party secure payment site, who process all payments on our behalf. You will be requested for payment details on registration, although no payment will be taken from your account for 7 days. This allows you time to cancel your membership if you are not happy with services provided.

The Terms and Conditions, as outlined, must be carefully read and understood before proceeding with registration. The terms of use will come into effect immediately after you subscribe to the TV Teams website.Payment can be made via the TV Teams website, by following the registration route. Payment can be made via Credit or Debit card. All payments are processed by a third party secure payment site.

At TV Teams we are aware that privacy and security concerns are a major issue for customers when they make payments online. Security and privacy are of the highest priority for us and we take every effort to ensure the credit card information you transmit to us is kept both secure and strictly confidential. We fully respect the privacy of our customers information. Any information you provide us with is kept private and not disclosed to any unauthorised third parties. We abide by the Data Protection Act 1984 and 1998.

An email will be sent out to the member as receipt of payment and also another confirming Membership details i.e User name and Password. Nearing the end of your subscription period you will automatically be sent an email of notifying you that your subscription is due for renewal. You will then have the option to cancel your membership. If you do not cancel your membership or info us via email that you wish to cancel your membership, then your account will be renewed automatically.

You can cancel your membership by Login into the TV Teams website using your personal Username and Password. You will then enter the site via your your “Profile” page, here you click on ‘Subscription Details’ (found on the left hand side of the screen), where you will see the ‘Cancel Subscription’ icon. Click on ‘Cancel Subscription’ and your membership will automatically be cancelled and your “Profile” will be removed from the website Freelancers database.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

You can register with TV teams on a 7 day trial period, during this time you will have full access to the website and it’s services. You will not be charged any subscription fees during this 7 day trial period. You then have the option to cancel your membership within the 7 days from subscription date, without incurring any charges or joining fees.As a TV Teams member, you have the right to cancel your subscription at any time. If you choose to cancel your membership after the 7 days trail period, you are not entitled to any refund on subscription fees already paid.
